We pride ourselves on sourcing the finest quality ingredients which enable us to maintain the high standards we have achieved over the last 105 years.
Our bread is baked fresh every day, using flour from local millers Marriages of Chelmsford and Carr’s Flour Maldon.
Pork is supplied by Broad Oak Farm, situated in our neighbouring village, Hatfield Broad Oak and is used to make our delicious sausage rolls.
Our products are made in our bakery in Sawbridgeworth using traditional recipes, handed down over the generations, by experienced craft bakers who take pride in their work. They are then loaded onto our Delivery Vans and delivered to our branches located in Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridge all within a 30 mile radius of the bakery thus keeping food miles low.
