Delivery Information

We offer a local delivery service to your home or office. Delivery for orders over £20 is free of charge within 10 miles of our Sawbridgeworth bakery and £1.50 per mile thereafter. Delivery for orders £20 and under is calculated at £1.50 per mile from our Sawbridgeworth bakery. 

We deliver Monday - Saturday and all orders from will be delivered between 9am and midday. We do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays or Sundays. Please note that we require 3 working days notice for all buffet orders.

Please note - if your delivery is required within an emissions zone or extra charges are incurred to deliver your order we will call you prior to your delivery date to arrange payment for these costs.

Delivery for orders under £20 is calculated at £1.50 per mile from our Sawbridgeworth bakery.

We are excited to announce we now offer Nationwide Delivery for some of our products.

These products tend to be those which are ambient and have a longer shelf-life and do not include our Celebration Cake Range or our Buffet and Platter Range.

Available delivery options include Standard Delivery (£4.95) which means your package will arrive within 3 - 5 working days or Nominated Day Delivery (£7.95) where a specific date can be chosen for delivery with 3 working days notice. Standard Delivery is free for any orders over £50. There is also an option to add a gift message with your order upon checkout. Every order will be boxed securely and wrapped beautifully using tissue paper and Dorringtons stickers or ribbon to ensure your delicious parcel is an extra special treat for the lucky recipient whether that is yourself or friends and family.

Please choose your products from our range and add them to your basket, you can see what is available for Nationwide delivery by clicking on the 'Nationwide' tab on the home page or entering the delivery postcode to see what is available for you. When you reach checkout just select the 'Nationwide Delivery' option and choose between Standard and Nominated Day delivery. If you have any products in your basket that are not available for Nationwide Delivery you will see a warning message to let you know which products should be removed to continue.
