Our matured fruitcake is packed full of delicious dried fruit which has been soaked in brandy. The cake is then left to mature and topped marzipan and sugarpaste before being hand decorated withroyal icing, sugar holly and finished with a pearl lustre.The cake slab will feed approximately 8 guests.
