Our fruitcake is packed full of delicious dried fruit which has been soaked in brandy. The cake is then left to mature and topped marzipan and sugarpaste before being hand decorated with a layer fondant, royal icing and finished with Christmas Sprinkletti. Traditional but still delicious!
Each Mini Iced Fruitcake Slab is individually wrapped.
