Four layers of vanilla sponge layered in red and plain to create a candy cane effect. Sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream, topped with mini mint candy canes and decorated with Christmas Sprinkletti. This has to be our favourite cutting cake yet!

This cake cuts into 10 large slices but could easily serve 15 - 20 guests.
