Pistachio & Raspberry Cake (10 Large Slices)

Pistachio is the flavour of the moment so our bakers and confectioners have been busy creating a delicious new addition to our Cutting Cake range. Four layers of nutty pistachio sponge, sandwiched together with smooth pistachio buttercream, crunchy chunks of pistachio and tangy pieces of freeze-dried raspberry. This cake is definitely not to be missed!

This cake cuts into 10 large slices but could easily serve 15 - 20 guests. Please let us know whether or not you would like portion markings in the drop down box above.
