Traditional Christmas Fruitcake

Our matured fruitcake is packed full of delicious dried fruit which has been soaked in brandy. The cake is then left to mature and covered in marzipan and sugarpaste before being hand decorated with a Christmas Bouquet of Dried Fruit and Spices, including Orange Slices, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Sticks, Star Anise, Pecans, Dried Apricots & Glace Cherries,

The cake will feed approximately 10 guests.
