Bakery Production Planning Manager
At our Head Office in Sawbridgeworth
Working Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planning Manager to join our Team at Dorrington’s. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the overall production planning based at our Bakery in Sawbridgeworth. Having practical experience and knowledge of all craft bakery departments and strong knowledge of production planning software and systems with the willingness to learn new systems are essential.

Baker, Pastry Maker (Bakery experience is essential)
At our Bakery in Sawbridgeworth
Working Hours: Average 40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 5.00 am to 13.30 pm and Friday 5.00 am to 12.30 pm
Competitive Salary
Main duties are making sweet and savoury pastry including Danish pastry, pasties and sausage rolls whilst assisting with general bakery tasks. The baker's job is to ensure that products are finished to an exceptional standard.
Bakery, Pastry, Confectionery experience is essential.

Assistant Manager in our Sandwich Prep Room
At our Bakery in Sawbridgeworth
Working Hours: 20 hours per week over 5 days
Monday to Saturday from 04.00 am to 08.00 am ( Wednesday off)
An Assistant Manager position has become available in our Sandwich Prep Room role to oversee that sandwich and platter orders are completed as required to an exceptional standard whilst assisting our Prep Room Manager for daily tasks.

Sandwich Platter Preparer

Working Hours: 20 hours per week over 5 days
Tuesday to Saturday from 04.00 am to 08.00 am
We require a Sandwich Platter Preparer to ensure that sandwich and platter orders are completed as required to an exceptional standard whilst also assisting with various daily tasks.

Assistant Manager
At our Stansted branch
Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week over 4 days
Monday, Thursday, Friday from 06.30 am until 16.15 pm
Saturday from 06.30 am until 15.45 pm
An Assistant Manager role is required at our Stansted branch to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the store when the Branch Manager is away. In addition to this the assistant manager will support the Branch Manager to ensure compliance in all areas of operational activity, drive sales and profitability.
Having prior managerial experience in the food industry is advantageous.

Who has access to data?
Your information may be shared internally, for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.
The company will not share your data with third parties, unless your application for employment is successful and it makes you an offer of employment. The company will then share your data with former employers to obtain references for you.
The company will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
How does the company protect data?
The company takes the security of your data seriously. It has internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties. The Company restricts access to the certain areas of their computer systems and uses passwords to protect data.
For how long does the company keep data?
If your application for employment is unsuccessful, the company will hold your data on file for 3 months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. If you agree to allow the company to keep your personal data on file, the company will hold your data on file for a further 3 months for consideration for future employment opportunities. At the end of that period or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed.
If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
- access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
- require the company to change incorrect or incomplete data;
- require the company to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing; and
- object to the processing of your data where the company is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing.
