This gorgeous snowy cake is made up of raspberry jam studded vanilla sponge, sandwiched with Belgian white chocolate buttercream, topped with Belgian white chocolate drip and finished with 10 adorable little buttercream snowmen. We don't know what's not to like! Perfect for afternoon tea on the big day - or any day really.
This cake cuts into 10 large slices but could easily serve 15 - 20 guests.
